1. Fill in RMA WEB form and submit it to our system
  2. You will receive an email containing your RMA information, print it and place with return item
  3. Material must be properly packed (preferably in original box with original paperwork)
  4. Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you.
  5. If you are planning on taking a Debit you must indicate the RMA # as a reference with the Debit
